The RSG is developing options for how NHS Community Pharmacy representation and support could operate in the future. A series of online focus groups and workshops will be held with contractors, LPCs and trade body representatives to further develop and evolve the potential options for representation and support.
Draft materials on options for future models of national and local representative and support organisations will be shared in advance of the focus group meetings. Time will be given for further reflection and feedback after the meetings, and contractors and LPC representatives will be invited to consult further in September, ahead of engagement with the entire sector.
Feedback from all of these events and from other engagement being carried out by the RSG will be used to develop an updated set of options which will be the subject of further consultation in September.

The timings of the focus groups are based on feedback from contractors and LPCs. For contractors, we have offered evening meetings at a later start time, or an option to attend one or two ‘Express sessions’ at lunchtime. For LPCs, we have offered a range of mostly daytime events, with an option to attend an evening meeting. Please sign up to one of the following events (LPC members who are attending for their LPC and are also a contractor can sign up for one of each.)
