The RSG has this week welcomed Deep Sen Gupta as its new Programme Manager.
Deep will work with the RSG to:
- Develop options for the future operating model of the national and local organisations that support and represent pharmacy contractors
- Develop detailed design proposals of the future organisation structures
- Execute the proposal approval process/contractor vote
- Develop the approach to implementing the changes voted by contractors
Deep’s experience in managing end to end programme delivery spans a broad range of operational and structural transformation, as well as implementing new operating models to improve efficiency, performance, and service delivery. His skill set includes: culture change; stakeholder management; mediation and arbitration; digital transformation; and organisational design.
Deep’s experience includes transforming the organisation design at RSA Insurance and Insight Europe, a Fortune 500 technology company; customer services and partner/supplier delivery at the Legal Aid Agency following a change in legislation and public policy; as well as delivering transformational initiatives at HM Courts Service, the Home Office and latterly, the Houses of Parliament.
This week has also seen Sarah Shaw join the RSG on a part-time basis offering communications support. Sarah has a wealth of experience in healthcare communications including helping to steer a significant transformation programme at St John Ambulance. Sarah will be supporting the RSG as it continues to communicate
